Status Bar Information

The status bar shows helpful information about your puzzle: Dimensions of the puzzle grid Total number of answer slots in the grid Number of grid cells that are filled in black Percentage of grid cells that are filled in black

Warnings

Most major publications place limits on how many answer slots or black cells are acceptable. If your puzzle doesn't match one of these common criteria, the text in the status bar will turn red to warn you.
